Shipping & Returns

This page explains how orders are prepared, how they travel, how long delivery may take, and how returns and exchanges work. Please read it before you pay. Any delivery window described here starts after the order has finished processing and has been handed to the carrier, so packing time is not included in the transit estimate.

Most orders take up to two business days to prepare before they leave for the carrier. Preparation usually happens on ordinary business days and does not usually happen on Saturday, Sunday, or a recognized U.S. holiday. An order placed on a weekend or holiday generally starts preparation on the next business day. Choosing a faster shipping method does not always skip that preparation period, so extra time may still pass before the parcel is in transit.

Delivery is offered to eligible addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations, and applicable U.S. territories. The methods and charges that apply to a given order appear at checkout before payment. Shoppers outside the United States should look for an authorized seller that serves their region.

Standard service commonly takes about five to ten business days after the parcel is in transit. The actual time can change with destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, volume, and other transport issues. Some parcels pass through more than one network, and the last stretch may be handled by the United States Postal Service. Standard service may also be available for qualifying PO Box addresses.

A faster service may be offered at checkout. When it is available, an eligible express order received before the noon Eastern Time cutoff may be prepared the same business day. Orders after that cutoff generally start the next business day. One-business-day and two-business-day options may appear depending on destination and carrier capacity.

Express estimates are counted after preparation is finished. As an illustration, an eligible order prepared on Monday with a two-business-day service may be expected on Wednesday, and an eligible one-business-day service may be expected on Tuesday. Those illustrations are estimates, not promises. Carrier delay, severe weather, destination limits, holidays, and other events outside our control can change the arrival date.

Express service usually needs a physical street address and may not reach a PO Box. Check the options shown at checkout for the address you entered. Some parcels may need a signature on arrival depending on the shipment and the destination.

Charges for standard and express service are generally not refunded. An exception may apply if the carrier's own terms cover a qualifying delay. Review the delivery information before you choose a method, especially if you need the parcel by a certain date.

If a qualifying purchase is not what you expected, a return or exchange may usually be requested within 30 days after delivery. Eligibility can depend on where the purchase was made, the condition of the goods, the type of product, and any stated exclusions. Purchases from this online store, eligible events, participating retail spots, authorized kiosks, or qualifying social commerce channels follow the return rules that apply to that channel.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged under the ordinary program. A discounted item can still be returned unless it is specifically marked as final sale. Apparel, including clothing and hats, should be unworn, unwashed, and still carrying original tags. Returned goods should look as they did when they arrived. Gift cards are generally outside refund and exchange programs.

A try-before-you-buy program, if used, has its own extra rules. Read those rules before you ask for a return. If that program charges a restocking fee, the fee may apply when every item on an eligible order comes back.

Several return paths may be offered. A participating location may accept eligible goods if you follow the instructions given during the return. Some qualifying returns can be completed with a QR code and without extra packaging. If you prefer the mail, the authorized return system can issue a prepaid label and shipping instructions.

To start a return or exchange for an online order, open the designated return system and give the details needed to find the original purchase. The order number is usually in the confirmation email or in the papers packed with the shipment. The email used at checkout, the phone number on the order, or the ZIP code of the delivery address may also be requested.

Once the order is found, choose the items to send back and say whether you want a refund or an eligible replacement. If an item cannot be selected, the return window may have closed, the item may be excluded, or another request may already be open. Customer support can look at the case if you believe the item should qualify.

For a mail-in return, use the prepaid label and papers from the approved process. Pack the goods so they travel safely and take the parcel to the carrier location named in the instructions. For a package-free option, visit an eligible location and show the required QR code as instructed.

Check the return summary before you submit it, including the products, contact details, order facts, and preferred outcome. Some requests run automatically. Others need a customer service review first.

Do not send goods to a warehouse or other facility unless the return process has been completed and authorization has been issued. Parcels sent outside that process may not qualify for shipping reimbursement, and responsibility for the goods may be limited. Products that belong to another business and are sent to a return facility by mistake may not be recoverable.

Purchases from unauthorized marketplaces may not qualify for return, exchange, or warranty help. If you bought from an authorized independent retailer, contact that seller, because that seller's own rules usually apply. In some cases an exchange can be reviewed with valid proof of purchase, though a refund from this store is generally limited to orders placed here.

After an approved return is received and processed, an email confirmation is usually sent. Approved refunds normally go back to the original payment method. The time it takes for the money to appear depends on the bank, card issuer, or other payment provider used at checkout.

For an approved exchange, you may choose an eligible replacement when one is available. If the replacement costs less, the difference may be refunded. If it costs more, the extra amount may need to be paid before the exchange is finished. Replacement stock can vary, and a replacement order has its own delivery window.

Weather, carrier interruptions, transport delays, high volume, incomplete addresses, regional limits, holidays, and other events beyond our control can affect shipping and returns. Treat delivery windows as general expectations unless a specific service says otherwise.
